Tracking your Order

Turnaround

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. We are currently experiencing a larger than normal amount of orders so shipments may be delayed. We apologize in advance.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship the items of your order which are in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship your remaining order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for back order shipping.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

    Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We suggest using a method that provides a tracking number to ensure proper delivery.

    Your item(s) must be in their original unused condition with the original tags still attached to be eligible for returning. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt of item(s).
    1. Return Address
    Mail your returned item to the below address and include your name, address, and the original receipt. If you don’t have the original receipt, please attached a note with your order number

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

Due to the high demand for our products our inventory changes hourly/daily. If you would like to exchange something please send back your item(s) in unworn and brand new condition, then place a new order for your desired item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our own error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Rodd.lowe@wetailgating.com and send your item to: 208 Oakfield Dr. #1077 Brandon FL 33511.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 208 Oakfield Dr. #1077 Brandon FL 33511.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
